Summer is flying by! From July to August…

So, I am going to apologise in advance for my lack of reviews and posts in July. But it has been too hot to sit inside, outside or anywhere statically and read for me. So I’ve been in the gym, where there is a constant supply of air conditioning, but I cannot get as much reading done *sigh*. I predict that August too will be a little slower than usual, but I’ve got some cracking books and a strict reading/gymming schedule that I will stick to so hope to get at least a solid 7 books reviewed this month.

What I have read and reviewed in July…

A huge shout-out to the insanely twisty and well-plotted novel by Riley Sager, The Last Time I Lied which is one of my favourite books of 2018 so far!

Now, to August, in which I plan to read and review:

There may be a few surprises which get thrown into the mix based on titles I picked up at YALC last weekend and depending on what others I get sent. I am also jetting off to Ibiza on 29 August for a week, so will be taking The Corset by Laura Purcell with me. I wonder which other titles will get picked for my week abroad?
