6 month round-up!

My top books of 2018 so far…

Looking back over the past six months, I have read some incredible fiction, but certain books have definitely stood out more than others. Here’s a list of my favourite books of 2018 so far.

Highlights from January:

2 books from January really stood out to me;
1. Need to Know by Karen Cleveland
2. Black Heart by Anna-Lou Weatherley

From February, the main book that has stuck in my mind ever since is;
1. The Coffin Path by Katherine Clements

March had a staggering 3 brilliant books;
1. If He Wakes by Zoe Lea
2. Big Bones by Laura Dockrill
3. 29 Seconds by T.M. Logan

In April, the 2 main standouts were;
1. Where the Light Gets In by Lucy Dillon
2. Now You See by Max Manning

May had 3 incredible reads also;
1. The Outsider by Stephen King
2. Social Creature by Tara Isabella Burton
3. Anatomy of a Scandal by Sarah Vaughan

In June, I loved;
1. Thirteen by Steve Cavanagh
2. The Puppet Show by M.W. Craven

I’m excited to see what the rest of the year brings; I hope there are more surprises and more publishers who I regularly review for. I am currently loving reviewing books for Canelo and Urbane, as they are both independent publishers with insanely talented authors and publishers on board.
